Terms, refunds and privacy
Last updated 26 October 2026. Kryeo is sold by Reece Leneveu, a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
Terms
- What you get. A licence to use Kryeo, a Windows desktop app, on the plan you chose. The software licence shown when you install Kryeo also applies: you may use it, but not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
- Plans. Free, Own Key, Pro, Lifetime and Team, as listed on the plans page. A paid licence works on 3 computers (Team: 2 per person). "Unlimited" scans have a fair-use cap of 300 scans a day per licence.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings › Plan › Manage or cancel; you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for.
- Lifetime means for as long as Kryeo is offered, including its updates.
- Your work is yours. Kryeo claims nothing in your designs or the UI it builds.
- Roblox, Affinity and Figma. You need your own copies and accounts. Images Kryeo uploads go to your Roblox account and follow Roblox's rules; you are responsible for what you upload.
- No warranty. Kryeo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under UK consumer law.
- Changes. Prices or these terms may change; changes to a subscription take effect at its next renewal, with notice.
Refunds
- If Kryeo does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, and you will get it in full.
- Renewals can be refunded within 7 days if you forgot to cancel and have not used the paid plan since.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days. The licence is switched off when the refund is made.
- To ask, reply to your Stripe receipt email, or email support@kryeo.app.
Privacy
- Your design file stays on your computer. To label layers, Kryeo sends their names, and small pictures of layers it is unsure about, to its AI service. They are not stored after the scan.
- Image check. Before a send uploads images for the first time, Kryeo shows them to its AI service to warn about anything Roblox may refuse. They are not stored after the check.
- Your own key. With your own OpenRouter API key, scans and image checks go to OpenRouter, and the model provider it chooses, under their terms, instead of to Kryeo's AI service.
- Roblox. The images you send are uploaded to your Roblox account (or the group you choose), and Roblox reviews them under its own rules.
- Figma. The Kryeo Link plugin passes your Figma design to Kryeo on your computer only; Kryeo sends nothing to Figma.
- No account. Each copy of Kryeo gets a random id so its scan allowance can be counted. It is not linked to your name unless you buy a plan. When a copy first connects, Kryeo's server counts new copies per network per day, using a one-way scrambled form of the internet address.
- Usage reports are off unless you turn on Settings › Send anonymous usage and error reports. They then say how many times you scanned or sent, and what went wrong in plain words, with no file names, layer names, images or anything that says whose copy it is.
- Updates. Kryeo checks GitHub, where its installers are kept, for new versions.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Kryeo receives your email, the plan and its status, never your card details.
- Crash reports stay on your computer.
- No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling of data. To have your data deleted or to get help, email support@kryeo.app.
